Tracy Grair is a retail investment broker in Marcus & Millichap’s Century City, Los Angeles office. Tracy joined the Ovaness-Rostamian group in 2024 and focuses on retail investment properties in the Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Orange Counties.

For over 16 years, Tracy has been managing her family’s retail real estate portfolio throughout Southern California focused on strategic asset management, leasing and financing. From 2003 to 2008 Tracy worked at Chicago Title Company as a commercial escrow assistant and managed over $1 Billion in transactions with her team.

Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Loyola Marymount University with a concentration in Natural Science. She is involved with the (ICSC) International Council of Shopping Centers and has been a Notary Public since 2005. Tracy resides in Burbank, CA with her family and enjoys training for and running marathons as well as volunteering to help children throughout the country.
