Recently graduated from the Marshall School of Business at USC, Kyle Harros is one of the most recent additions to the Ovaness-Rostamian Group. His focus is on the net-lease drug stores and medical use investment properties nationwide.

 

Throughout his education, Kyle learned the fundamentals of finance and business management through a blend of coursework and experiential learning. He was a member of the Marshall Real Estate Finance Association and the Hospitality Industry Project—focusing particularly on real estate finance.

 

During his junior year, He interned with PCCP LLC, where he trained in a rotational program with investor relations and asset management professionals. There, he successfully aided in facilitating deals through the back-end of the investment process and in supporting the firm's fundraising efforts. During the Covid-19 pandemic, he was rehired to assist the investor relations team as they looked to close another fund.

 

Leveraging his foundational experiences and education, Kyle started with Marcus & Millichap in 2024 where he has been maximizing returns and deal exposure for clients with the help of the national Marcus & Millichap platform. Using a diligent and relational approach with his clients, he strives to provide top-tier representation across the country.

 

In his free time, Kyle enjoys cooking with friends and gardening. He continues to enjoy rowing at the gym, a passion he cultivated during his days rowing for varsity clubs, which fuels his competitive spirit in business. Additionally, he’s delving into Japanese language and culture with the goal of spending time in the country.
