Jason Anguiano is an Associate agent focusing on retail and development opportunities out of the Century City Marcus & Millichap office. Jason joined the Ovaness-Rostamian Group in 2019 and currently focuses on high quality retail investments throughout the U.S. with major focus on the Central, South East and East LA markets. 

Jason took the leap into the real estate world in 2014, beginning his career in residential sales followed by joining a private equity firm in Westwood, Ca. There he received the experience and insightful knowledge while also growing a professional network with institutional commercial and residential developers in Los Angeles as well as other major markets in the U.S. His goals are simple: to maximize the value of his clients’ properties while assisting them in minimizing risk.

With a “white gloves” approach and level of attention to each aspect of the transaction, he brings a unique approach to the brokerage community and has the ability to customize solutions for each of his client’s specific needs. Jason is a graduate of Cypress College and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Jason resides in Downey, CA and in his spare time he enjoys golfing, pursuing culinary experiences and is involved in community outreach and building homes with Mission Groups in two different countries for families.
