Blake Robinson is an investment associate with the Ovaness-Rostamian Group at Marcus & Millichap in (Century City) Los Angeles. He specializes in Single Tenant properties Nationwide, specifically the Bay Area (NorCal) and the Western States, with categories such as grocery, drug stores, dollar stores and QSR.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Blake worked as a National Account Manager under the Rocket Mortgage umbrella. There, he represented the top, largest mortgage lenders in the US helping them expand and grow their business through the use of sophisticated marketing tools and analysis.

Blake joined Marcus & Millichap in 2023, leveraging the firm’s national platform and wide network of investors to maximize value for his clients. As part of the Ovaness-Rostamian Group, Blake is a trusted advisor who takes a proactive approach and strives 
to create a more seamless experience. He is always attentive to his clients’ needs and guides them through each stage of the transaction with professionalism and care.

Blake holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Sonoma State University in Business Administration and Marketing. He continues to expand his network through long-term relationships in the commercial real estate industry.

In his free time, Blake is an avid trail runner, weightlifter, and loves spending time with his family.
