Axel Babakhanyan is an Investment Associate with the Ovaness-Rostamian Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Century Office. He joined the Ovaness-Rostamian Group in 2023 and specializes in retail as well as mixed-use investments in the San Fernando and Antelope Valley regions.

Prior to joining the Ovaness-Rostamian Group, Axel held several sales positions in the automotive and insurance industries gaining years of valuable experience. Throughout his career, he successfully navigated various challenges, further honing his skills. Ultimately, Axel’s desire for a more hands-on approach, combined with his interest in real estate and relationship-building, led him to join the Ovaness-Rostamian Group.

 

In his free time, Axel enjoys spending time with his family, conducting market research, and participating in sports activities. He is a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and remains determined to expand his professional network and foster valuable relationships within the real estate industry.
